The idea that mental health struggles are personal failings is recent—and isolating. For generations, people healed in connection, not in isolation.

Meet the Founder

Violet Kihara

Violet is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from USIU-Africa. She trained at Mathari National Teaching and Referral Hospital and is licensed by the Counsellors and Psychologists Board of Kenya.

Her work integrates evidence-based approaches with genuine care, supporting clients to build clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
